The purpose of this guide is to introduce financial wellbeing, and to learn about resources to help you with budgets and financial planning.

Purpose

The purpose of this guide is to help you learn more about your physical vibrancy, and how you can make small choices in how you eat, move, and sleep in order to make a big change in how you feel and the energy you have in completing your academic and career goals.

W5-Purpose Wellbeing

Purpose

This guide is designed as an opportunity to explore ideas of personal life purpose.

In the case of this action guide, you will be asked to explore purpose through self-reflection exercises focusing on what you know, where you came from, and where you are going. Through these exercises, you will begin to identify parts of your life that are important to you in helping to create a definition of purpose unique to you and your journey.
